See It Through started long distance through phone calls and voice memos, inspired by a love for hardcore music, idea sharing, and expression. Sonically, the sound was inspired by late-'80s youth crew, Dischord Records, and a wide range of melodic hardcore. In January of 2025, the band headed into the studio to record "What's Behind Us Never Fades" with Zachary Rippy at Sound Signal Audio.
