Initially conceived in 2003 and originally published by MTV Press/powerHouse Books in 2008, the idea for "Radio Silence: A Visual History Of American Hardcore Music" was born during a conversation at an art show in South Brooklyn between designer Nathan Nedorostek and writer Anthony Pappalardo. Out of print for 10 years, "Radio Silence" has been restored, updated, and expanded from the source files and features unpublished and rare images from The Germs, Dead Kennedys, Black Flag, SS Decontrol, Die Kreuzen, Youth Of Today, and many more. "Radio Silence" 3.0 is now available through Revelation Records Publishing. This expanded edition includes an additional 34 pages.
